Built by builders' accountants, for builders
Alder & Co is a Leeds accountancy firm built for the construction trade. We work with builders, subcontractors and tradespeople across Leeds and Yorkshire, and with construction businesses further afield who'd rather have a specialist on the end of a WhatsApp than a general practice round the corner.
We know how construction works: CIS deductions, retention, jobs that run over and cash flow that never sits still. That's what we build our service around, not a one size fits all accountancy package. You get fixed monthly fees, deadlines handled for you and straight answers when you ask a question.

Our director started Alder & Co with a simple aim: to give builders and tradespeople an accountant who understands how their jobs work. CIS deductions, retentions, materials and uneven cash flow shaped the service from the start.
The practice has grown through recommendations from builders to other builders. That personal approach remains at its heart: practical help, plain-English answers and more time for clients to get on with the job.
