What's involved
Good bookkeeping is the difference between knowing your numbers and guessing them. We keep your records straight as you go, so year end is quick and you can see how each job is really doing.
Send us receipts by photo on WhatsApp or through an app. We match them to your bank, code them and keep everything HMRC would want to see.
We work with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or a simple spreadsheet, whatever suits you. If you'd like to move to software we'll set it up and show you the basics.
Monthly you get a short summary: what came in, what went out, what's owed to you and what you owe.
What to send us

Deadlines we track
- Records must be kept for 5 years after the 31 January filing deadline (sole traders)
- Records must be kept for 6 years (limited companies)
