Year-end accounts, start to finish
Limited Company Accounts and Corporation Tax
Year-end accounts and corporation tax handled from start to finish.
Limited companies and contractors
What's involved
Running a limited company means statutory accounts for Companies House, a corporation tax return for HMRC, a confirmation statement and a director's Self Assessment. We take all of it off your desk and keep you on the right side of every deadline.
We prepare your year-end accounts from your bookkeeping, file them at Companies House and calculate the corporation tax that's due.
We'll also talk to you about how you take money out of the company, salary versus dividends, so you don't pay more tax than you need to.
If you're thinking about going limited, we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your trade and your turnover.
